Refund policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your item. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable). A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at wearenamistudio@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange. We will respond within 1-3 business days with the return address and instructions.
  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not provide return labels. Please use a trackable or registered postal service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
  3. Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on items that are damaged by the customer or on products purchased with a gift card.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged items. Proof of the defect or damage is required.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or consult with your bank. Sometimes, processing delays can occur. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective, damaged items, or if you need a different size. If you wish to exchange your item, contact us at wearenamistudio@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of placement. Cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Order Modifications: Modifications to the order after 6 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • The time to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
